Getting to Us

Our clinic is located at Finch Lodge, Hexgreave Estate, Farnsfield, Nottinghamshire, NG22 8LS. Free on-site parking is available directly outside the clinic. If you need a particular parking arrangement on the day of your visit, please call us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Wheelchair & Step-Free Access

The clinic has step-free access from the car park into the building, and our treatment areas and waiting room are accessible for wheelchair and mobility-aid users. If you have specific access requirements, please let us know when booking so we can ensure everything is in place for your arrival.

Hearing & Communication Support

We do not currently have an installed hearing loop. For patients who are deaf or hard of hearing, we're happy to:

  • Communicate in writing during your appointment
  • Speak slowly and clearly while facing you, to support lip-reading
  • Allow a BSL interpreter or family member to join your appointment
  • Book longer appointment slots so nothing feels rushed

Please let us know in advance what works best for you.

Reasonable Adjustments

We will make reasonable adjustments to support patients with a disability or long-term condition. This might include longer appointment slots, low-stimulation environments, support with forms, or breaks during treatment. Please tell us - either when booking or on arrival - what would help, and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Assistance Animals

Assistance dogs are welcome at the clinic.

Anxious Patients

We routinely see nervous and anxious patients and we're experienced at helping you feel comfortable. If you'd like to talk things through before booking, please call us - there's no obligation.
